Things You Need to Know - before you book
Day Pass bookings
Any day Pass booking will include all workshops, yarn and all food and refreshments.
Once you have booked you will receive an email which will include all of the information you need, a welcome pack will also be sent out to you between 6-7 weeks prior to the event.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your booking, we will need at least 4 weeks notice prior to the event, so long as we receive this you will receive a full refund. If you do not give us at least 4 weeks notice prior to the event, we will try to sell your place on, however at such short notice this is not always possible, it also creates a huge amount of admin work for us, therefore if we receive cancellation less than 4 weeks before the event, 50% of your payment will be refunded, we are strict on this, due to the amount of admin work created.
Due to the financial commitment we have to give to the venue, we are unable to offer any refund if you cancel any later than 1 week before the event.

Weekend bookings :
Any weekend booking will include all workshops, accommodation, food and refreshments.
Upon booking, you will be agreeing to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50, which is then deducted from your total fee. *Your deposit is non- refundable and non-transferable* Once you have booked you will receive an email which will include all of the information you need, a welcome pack will also be sent out to you 7 weeks prior to the event, this will include an invoice for the balance payment which is due at least 6 weeks prior to your event.
