Terms & Conditions
Event Policy
All of our events are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. By making a booking, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above.
We reserve the right to request valid ID on arrival and may refuse entry if this condition is not met.
Crochet Day Bookings
Crochet Day bookings include access to all workshops, yarn, and all food and refreshments during the event.
Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need. A welcome pack will be sent approximately 6–7 weeks prior to the event.
Weekend Bookings
Weekend bookings include all workshops, accommodation, food, and refreshments for the duration of the event.
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place. This deposit is deducted from your total balance and covers initial administrative and venue-related costs.
Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need. A welcome pack will be sent approximately 7 weeks prior to the event, including your invoice for the remaining balance. The final balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the event.
Additional Guests (Weekend Bookings)
If you choose to have a partner share your hotel room, please note:

We are unable to arrange or provide food and refreshments for additional guests. Any meals or catering must be arranged directly with the venue.

Additional guests will not be able to access workshops or the Crochet Sanctuary private function room, as these are reserved exclusively for booked attendees.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

More than 4 weeks before the event:
You will receive a full refund (minus the £50 deposit for weekend bookings). -
Less than 4 weeks before the event:
We will make every effort to resell your place. However, due to the short timeframe and associated administrative and venue commitments, this is not always possible. Where a place cannot be resold, 50% of your payment will be refunded. This reflects costs already incurred and the reduced likelihood of reselling your place at short notice. -
Less than 1 week before the event:
Bookings are non-refundable. However, if we are able to resell your place, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Changes & Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to make changes to the event, we reserve the right to amend workshop content, schedules, or tutors where necessary.
If we need to cancel the event entirely, a full refund will be issued.
We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, venue issues, or government restrictions.
