Things You Need to Know - before you book

Day Pass bookings

Any day Pass booking will include all workshops, yarn and all food and refreshments.
Once you have booked you will receive an email which will include all of the information you need, a welcome pack will also be sent out to you between 6-7 weeks prior to the event.

 

Cancellations:

If  you wish to cancel your booking, we will need at least 4 weeks notice prior to the event, so long as we receive this you will receive a full refund.  If you do not give us at least 4 weeks notice prior to the event, we will try to sell your place on, however at such short notice this is not always possible, it also creates a huge amount of admin work for us, therefore if we receive cancellation less than 4 weeks before the event, 50% of your payment will be refunded, we are strict on this, due to the amount of admin work created.
Due to the financial commitment we have to give to the venue, we are unable to offer any refund if you cancel any later than 1 week before the event.

Weekend bookings :
Any weekend booking will include all workshops, accommodation, food and refreshments.
Upon booking, you will be agreeing to pay a non-refundable deposit of £50, which is then deducted from your total fee.  *Your deposit is non- refundable* Once you have booked you will receive an email which will include all of the information you need, a welcome pack will also be sent out to you 7 weeks prior to the event, this will include an invoice for the balance payment which is due at least 6 weeks prior to your event.


Cancellations:

COVID-19

  1. We reserve the right to change the venue, so that our events can be hosted in a way that IS COVID safe for all of our guests 

  2. If you are feeling unwell with COVID symptoms: A high temperautre - A new continuous cough - a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste you must not under any circumstances attend the event​​

  3. Whilst walking around our venue you must where a face covering unless you are exempt

  4. Every day upon entering The Crochet Sanctuary room we will be carrying out temperature checks

  5. Hand sanitiser stations are placed around the entire venue, however this will also be provided for you upon your arrival to The Crochet Sanctuary

  6. Depending on restrictions at the time of your retreat face shields may also be provided by The Crochet Sanctuary

  7. Each seat at The Crochet Sanctuary will be distanced by 1.5 metres and separated by a table

  8. Whilst you are sat at your seat it is not compulsory to where your shield, however upon leaving your seat we would kindly ask you to use your shield/face covering to protect all guests

  9. During meals breakfast/lunch/evening meal we will be unable to be seated as a group, we will be sat in groups of 6 and the venue will be offering table service only.

  10. In line with Goverment guidelines the bar and restaurant will close at 10pm

  11. Refreshments are  unlimited throughout your stay, however snacks will be provided in a bag for each guest to prevent any contamination

  12. We strongly advise that you keep your distance from other guests and remember "Hands, face, space"

  13. If Government guidelines change, your retreat will not be cancelled, it will be postponed to an alternative date.  If you are unable to attend the new date provided we will offer you all other dates and we will make sure that we can accommodate your booking.

  14. We will send out emails using the email address provided at the point of booking, or if you have updated us with alternative.  However sometimes emails may go into your spam file, we wold advise you to check your spam on a regular basis.  Once we have sent out an important update we will also post out onto social media, advising guests to check their spam folders.
